Anne leads Development Innovation Ventures (DIV) at the U.S. Agency for International Development’s Global Development Lab. DIV is USAID’s venture capital-inspired, tiered, evidence-based fund that invests comparatively small amounts in relatively unproven concepts and continues to support and scale only those that prove they work. Anne has worked across the private, public, and social sectors on evidence and innovation in government and international development, including at Innovations for Poverty Action, McKinsey & Co., and the U.S. State Department. @AnneHHealy
