Marina is a human rights lawyer and international development professional recently serving as a Democracy Fellow at USAID where she advanced the Agency's Counter-Trafficking in Persons (C-TIP) Policy and related development programming and policies across sectors around the world, with a focus on Asia. Marina actively engaged with a diverse set of stakeholders under the Agency's pioneering "Supply Unchained" initiative to co-create solutions and leverage technology and partnerships to counter forced labor and promote decent work in global supply chains. In 2017, Marina was named a Human Trafficking and Slavery Influence Leader by Assent.

She would love to talk about the importance of creating effective public-private partnerships to counter today's development challenges.
